At Equipet we want our returns policy to be transparent and hassle free, that's why Equipet Customers can now avail of our free returns service with DPD. Please email email@example.com before sending an item back to us as this will help speed up the returns process.

If you find that you're not happy with what you've received or that it isn't up to scratch, just follow these 4 simple steps to complete the returns process:
- First, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 041 2136010 quoting your order reference number.
- Please repackage the item back into the box it came in, making sure that all parts, manuals, tags and product packaging is included and in an undamaged state.
- Once we know to expect the item back, you can bring it in to any of our branches (with some exceptions*), or create a DPD returns label below and drop the parcel into a DPD designated Pick-Up Point.
- When the item is back in our depot we'll issue you a refund. This can take up to three business days to appear in your bank statements (depending on your Banking Service's turn-around time).
*Please ensure that a copy of your online sales receipt accompanies any returns as this can help speed up the process. A guide on exchanges for damaged goods and faulty items can be found below.
*Please note Equipet Coolock, Equipet Tallaght and Equipet Blackpool Cork are pet only stores and are unable to exchange equestrian items.

We have teamed up with DPD couriers who have a network of 600 parcel shops throughout Ireland. These are called “Pickup points” and are located at shops and forecourts near you. Just click here to create your returns label and start our free returns process.
Please remember to enclose the completed Returns Form and affix the returns label to the parcel, then drop it off at your preferred Pickup point. You’ll have full tracking of your returns throughout its journey back to us. Returns should be in original condition and include manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories.
Should you wish to exchange your items for an equivalent item, eg clothing in a different size, we will exchange this for you on receipt of the original item. Normal shipping rates apply to the replacement item. Where the replacement item is a different price we will either refund the difference or contact you to arrange for a top up payment. Replacement is subject to availability

Where you wish to return an item for refund, it will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. Once the refund has been completed, it may take 3-4 business days for the transaction to show on your account, depending on your Banking Service's turn-around time. For returns to store, refunds can be made to the card that was used when placing the order. Please have a copy of your order confirmation when visiting your local Equipet store with a return. Again, refunds made through a store return will be subject to your Banking Service's turn-around time.
Unfortunately, at this time, orders paid for by PayPal must be returned directly to Equipet WEB Warehouse, Unit 7 Site 30/31, Duleek Business Park, Duleek, Co. Meath, A92H296, as stores cannot process PayPal refunds.
Where you wish to return a faulty item the procedure is the same as a refund or exchange. We may also require you to send us a digital photograph of the item for initial assessment. When an item is found to be faulty or needs to be returned, through an error on Equipet' behalf, we will refund the cost of posting it back to us or arrange for courier collection. Refund, replacement or repair is subject to assessment of fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
