Generally, orders are being processed within 24 hours and delivered in 1- 4 working days. Additional time may be required in areas where our courier DPD are experiencing high parcel volumes. Upon delivery of items, you will have 24hrs to ensure that all goods are in proper working order and in an undamaged state. After this 24hr period we cannot accept responsibility for claims of damaged goods.
We strive to ship on the next working day after receiving an order. You should expect to receive items bought online from Equipet within 1-4 working days. For example, orders placed on Monday will normally ship Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. Orders placed over weekends normally ship on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Bank Holiday orders ship on Tuesday for next day delivery. Where there is a delay, or in the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you.
We ship with DPD to get items to you quickly and efficiently. Most items for delivery within the Republic of Ireland will be delivered within 1-2 working day of leaving our depot. You will receive a notification email when your parcel has left our depot. DPD will then contact you by email on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour delivery window given. Details for managing your delivery will be included in this email.
Delivery times for UK orders are normally 2-5 working days after the parcel has left our warehouse. You will receive a notification email from DPD on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour delivery window given. Details for managing your delivery will be included in this email. Please note that we can only ship to mainland UK addresses (no Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or Islands addresses).
Delivery times for European orders are normally 4-6 working days after the parcel has left our warehouse.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect lets you place an order online and then collect it from one of our stores.
How to place a Click & Collect order
Just shop online as usual. When you go to the online checkout, choose Click & Collect. (You'll only see the option if everything in your bag is available for Click & Collect delivery.)
We'll send you a text message when your order’s ready to collect, so please add a valid mobile phone number at the checkout stage
We aim to have Click and Collect orders ready for collection from 2 hours after the order has been placed. Please wait for your text message to confirm that order is ready for collection.
Orders placed after 4pm Sunday to Friday will be available for collection from 11am the following morning. Orders placed after 4pm on Saturdays will be available for collection from 1pm on Sunday. Please wait for your text message to confirm that order is ready for collection.
Orders placed using the Click and Collect facility are permitted where the ordered items are showing as in stock at the collection store. Equipet cannot guarantee the availability of items that are showing as in stock. Where there is an issue concerning stock availability, a member of staff will make contact in relation to the shortfall to arrange a suitable alternative.
